She is a Military Veteran and Financial Leader with more than 20 years of Strategic Accounting, Financial Operations, Supply Chain and Operational Leadership. Experience in Consumer and Industrial Goods Manufacturing, Distribution, OTC Drug & Medical Device Manufacturing, Construction Services, and Corporate Financial Services. Michelle is a top performer skilled in developing, building and leading a Finance team through a total team approach. She is a self-directed, versatile business partner and change agent. She has the ability to work with and interact at all organizational levels, both internally and externally, building strategic business partnerships. She has strong and extensive experience in P&L management, operations improvement, cost accounting, cash flow management, and financial and strategic planning, with proven improvements. She is successful in manufacturing as a key decision maker delivering favorable results impacting growth and profitability.

Michelle resides in Ohio with her husband and 3 children. Her favorite activities are watching her children play in competitive sports and playing golf. She is an avid reader and runner.
