Northwest slitting facility opens in Seattle, Washington.  Russell-Field Xpress Program is acquired by Technicote servicing non-psa tag and label stock. New slitting/distribution facility opens in Monterray, Mexico.  Technicote joins forces with ITW, and becomes an official supplier of Valeron and V-Max high strength films.  Exhibit at Label Expo Americas 2004 in Chicago, Illinois.
